More details

The iPad Pro has arguably the clearest, loudest external sound of any tablet on the market. Four loudspeakers, one on each corner of the device, modify their output depending on the device’s orientation. But twice as many loudspeakers means it’s twice as likely to suffer from loudspeaker failure as other iPads. Here’s how to diagnose loudspeaker issues before you send it to iFixYouri for repair.

  • No sound coming from one of the four loudspeakers.
  • Fuzzy, tinny, or popping sound from one of the four loudspeakers.
  • Sound cutting in and out depending on how iPad is held.

Losing just one speaker out of four doesn’t sound like a problem, but you’ll quickly realize how irritating it is. You could pay Apple for a replacement iPad Pro, but that is an expensive, unnecessary option. iFixYouri can quickly and easily replace the speaker, saving you time and money.

When you ship your device to our dedicated repair facility, you get free UPS ground service and insurance coverage of $100. You’ll have the option of purchasing additional insurance and faster shipping options at checkout.

iFixYouri runs a complete diagnostic and sends you an e-mail regarding any issues with your device. The replacement parts are high-quality and carry a 90-day warranty which covers everything but accidental damage. You can track your shipment from anywhere at any time.

Our customer support staff is waiting to field any questions you may have during the process. You can contact them at or 888-494-4349.

Hello, I have a broken right speaker (next to power button) on my 2nd Generation iPad Pro 12.9. I’ve learned that Apple cannot (or won’t) fix speakers in iPads. Can you assure me that you can fix this before I take the risk of sending this your way? Thanks, Ben Answer:
Hi Ben, we can definitely help you out. These types of repairs we do on a daily basis. You'll have to send it in to our mail-in center or bring it over to one of our walk-in locations for service. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a wonderful day!
