iPhone SE Diagnostic Service
An iPhone SE Diagnostic Test might be what you need to isolate your device’s issue and take care of it, rather than throwing it out and buying a new one. First of all, it’s a free service -- how do you beat that? Just add it to the cart and send it in to our mail-in center. We’ll run our diagnostics and then send you an accurate quote, clearly explaining to you the problem with your device. Once you have the information you decide what to do next: we can either fix it as explained or ship it back to you without doing anything*. And when we return ship it -- fixed or not -- we’ll send you an email with tracking information for your security and peace of mind.
If at any time you have any questions about what’s going on with your iPhone 5s, let us know by calling us at 888-494-iFix (4349), email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or leave it in the space below, and we’ll get to it as soon as we can.
*NOTE: If you decline repairs for diagnostic or water damage treatment or your device is deemed non-repairable, you will be responsible for shipping and handling.

on 08/24/2018 What should I do next? I dropped my iPhone SE. It partially burst open the front screen starting at the top and down the left, volume button, side. It now has a totally black screen, although if I press the home button, a light can be seen as on through the split, and I continue to be able to hear sounds. Current Status is; My iPhone SE has a black screen, won't hard reset , cannot see it on iTunes so cannot restore. Is not showing when connected to my MacBook Pro. I can hear sounds from the phone when I connect to my MacBook Pro, but it is not recognized. I can hear sounds when it is not connected to my computer, even without a SIM card installed. I want to save the data on the phone if at all possible, because I have been unable to locate the backup. If I send my iPhone SE to you for diagnostic assessment do you require that it have an active SIM card? Currently I have the SIM card in my back up iPhone. Many thanks, Courtney Bowles-Papatestas Answer:
