Q: After dropping my iPhone 6 Plus in the water, I took it out and everything worked fine. I can freely turn it on and off. The device charges properly. The only issue now is that the speaker(s) and microphone(s) are not working. Is that the kind of damage you can fix? Also, if you can fix that problem, how can you afford to do it for cheaper than Apple? Also, Apple charges a flat free for any repair, and most of the time they will replace your device if it was water damaged, we will fix your device, and that is why we can afford to do it for cheaper. Q: Hello, I dropped my iPhone 6 in the toilet last night. The phone was on and I tried to turn it off and was able to after the screen had lines with colors. I put it in rice before I went to bed. I woke up and panicked and tried to turn it on. The phone turned on after I plugged it in and still there was colors. I then turned it off and put it in rice. I removed the SIM card and noticed some water. I put a blow dryer to it as well then again put it back in rice in a zip lock bag. I noticed the camera was foggy and still had water. The water damage indicator is also pink. After having it in the bag for over 24 hours I then took it out and the camera was no longer foggy so I assumed it was dry. I then put the SIM card back in and put it on the charger. Nothing happened. I did not see the "charge me" indicator and started to panic again. My boyfriend called my phone about 5 minutes after it was on the charger. My phone rang and also vibrated. I heard all my messages go through as well but it still has a black screen. I have read everything online to DO NOT PUT IT IN RICE to rice is your only hope. I'm confused and frustrated and I literally only had my phone for a short while. What do I do? And what is the fastest and cheapest way to get my phone back working? I have hope...

Q: Hi, I dropped my iphone 6 in the toilet about 6 months ago. I immediately got it out of the water and it never turn off or anything. However, for 2 days, it would glitch from time to time. Eventually it went back to normal and all was well until last night. I went to charge my phone because it died and through the case, I felt that it was scorching hot. I let it cool down before charging it and when I finally did charge it, nothing happened. I will not turn on. I went to Verizon today to let them know that my phone overheated out of no where and they said they can not do anything about it because there was water damage. How can there still be water damage after being fine for 6 months?? Please help me because they are trying to tell me that I have to buy another phone or open up another phone line and still pay the existing line until my contract is up.
