We’re a team of highly skilled repair technicians dedicated to restoring your devices quickly and reliably.
How long does the repair take?
We repair and ship your device back as quickly as possible. Every device receives full incoming inspection, repair, and outgoing inspection. No shortcuts—parts we replace carry a 90-day warranty.
Do you use Original or OEM parts?
It depends on the repair option you select. If OEM parts are available for your repair, we use them; otherwise, we use high-quality aftermarket parts.
What should I send with my device?
Please send only the device—no accessories, boxes, or cases.

Do you offer any type of warranty?
Yes. Glass repairs include a 1-year parts and labor warranty. If issues related to the repair occur within that time, we’ll fix them at no charge. (Accidental damage not covered.)
My phone has multiple issues. Can you advise and quote me?

What if you can’t save my water-damaged iPhone?
If we’re unable to repair it, we can return the device (you cover return shipping) or offer to purchase it.
How do I know I’ll get my phone back?
We’re a registered business with Palm Beach County and the State of Florida and have been PayPal-verified for years. You’ll receive status updates when your device is received, repaired, and shipped back. Questions? Call 1-888-494-4349.
Can I visit instead of mailing my device?
Definitely—walk-ins welcome.

What if you damage my working iPhone during repair?
We won’t. We handle hundreds of repairs weekly and perform thorough incoming and outgoing inspections to ensure your device leaves in proper condition.
Touchscreen doesn’t work but the glass isn’t cracked—what repair?
You’ll need a glass & digitizer repair.
How do I know if I need an LCD repair?
If the screen is black/white, has bleeding, or dead pixels, the LCD needs replacement. If the glass is cracked too, choose LCD & Glass. Unsure? Email a powered-on photo to info@ifixyouri.com.
What guarantees do you have about my data privacy?
We do not store or access your private data. Devices are only operated to confirm functionality. You may password-protect your phone, but this limits testing (e.g., camera, antennas).
What paperwork should I include with my iPhone?
Include your order confirmation email. If you can’t print it, write your name and address inside the box to help us match your device quickly.
Why do you only offer UPS?

Do you buy broken iPhones?

I don’t want to buy online. Are there other payment options?

Will you match a competitor’s price?

I tried to fix it myself and it’s partly disassembled. Can you help?
