Description
Logic board work is the repair most shops will not attempt. They tell you the machine is dead and quote you a replacement. We do component-level work: tracing the fault to a specific failed chip or circuit and replacing it, rather than swapping the whole board.
What tends to come in: liquid damage where corrosion has bridged a circuit, a machine that shows no sign of power at all, one that powers on but never reaches the Apple logo, ports or the keyboard dead while everything else works, or a device that runs hot and shuts down under load.
Because every board failure is different, the price shown is a starting point and the diagnostic comes first. We open it, find the actual fault, and tell you what it costs before we do anything. If it is not economically worth repairing, we will say so — and on an M-series Mac the storage is soldered to the board, so data recovery is part of that conversation.
Free diagnostics. Mail it in from anywhere in the US, or call 888-494-4349.
