iPhone 7 Plus Water Damage Repair Service

Hey, want to see what my new phone can do? While it’s fun to show off your new phone’s features, maybe to settle a bar bet, it’s easy to forget that your iPhone 7 Plus is water-RESISTANT, not waterproof! It’ll be safe if you spill a drink on it or drop it into a sink (or other less sanitary bathroom receptacle) but prolonged immersion, exposure to soapy water, or high pressure, and your device is kaput. Let our pro technicians get your 7 Plus up and running like before you decided to test it out in a pint of craft IPA.

*NOTE: If you decline repairs for diagnostic or water damage treatment or your device is deemed non-repairable, you will be responsible for shipping and handling.

All you need to do is ship your phone to us. Dry it out as much as you can and do not try to charge it or power it on. Once we receive your iPhone 7 Plus, our skilled techs will run a series of diagnostic tests on it to give them a clear picture of the damage the liquid has done to your device. Then we’ll contact you with a complete diagnosis of the issue, and give you the option between having it repaired or getting it returned to you in that state*. We repair and clean any and all signs of damage, corrosion, and debris, on all phone components, leaving it as good as new.

We offer 90-day warranty for all parts replaced and will immediately look into the matter if you find our replacements to be faulty. If we are unable to save your water-damaged iPhone, we will offer to purchase it (or we can return to you*).

For your peace of mind, all services come with a confirmation email and a tracking number. You will also be required to sign when you receive your phone to ensure reception of the device.

Any questions? Feel free to call us at 888-494-iFix (4349) or email support@ifixyouri.com. Or just write your question below, and we’ll get to it as soon as we can.

*NOTE: If you decline repairs for diagnostic or water damage treatment or your device is deemed non-repairable, you will be responsible for shipping and handling.

How much will a water damage repair cost for an iPhone 7 plus Answer:
Hello Elijah, water damage repair first begins with a thorough cleaning and drying cycle which may repeat several times. If this allows us to power up your device and retrieve data, the charge is $49.99. If any other parts or labor are required to get your device powering on, you will be quoted separate prices for those. Approval is always required before we proceed with additional repairs. If we are unable to power up your device and access your data, you pay only shipping as a mail-in customer (walk-in customers pay nothing). We hope this helps!

I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus in a pool didn't take long for me to retrieve it but it was a deep pool. The phone was still able to power on but I put it in rice as well to get rid of any extra moisture. The phone seems to be working fine but I have a few white marks on my screen. And the home buttons Taptic Engine isn't working. But it does return home if I press it. What would the cost rage be to fix this problem? Can it be fixed? Answer:
That was a good idea to put it in rice. That does help eliminate excess moisture. We have been able to fix many phones in a similar situation to yours. Our standard water damage repair service is $49.99. There may be additional costs if a technician discovers that any replacement parts are needed. In this situation, we would email for approval before performing additional repairs.

I was I was diving with my iPhone 7 plus and it had water damage and then I had to turn the iPhone off and then after 24 hours I've tried to turn the iPhone back on and it's never turned back on ever since it's been over like a month Answer:
Sam, we have been able to restore devices in this situation in the past. If our repair technicians should find that additional parts or labor may be required to power up your iPhone 7 Plus, they will email you a suggested list of repairs, and you can choose what you'd like to do. Water damage can be unpredictable, so we'd need to see your phone to know exactly what was going on.

i am currently in dominican republic and i have a iphone 7 plus but it wont turn on at all after a week of been dry out is it possible you guys can repair it and how much would it cost? Answer:
Hello, we have had good success in restoring water-damaged iPhones over the years. Water damage is unpredictable so success is not necessarily guaranteed, but sometimes a few cycles of internal cleaning and drying does the trick. Our water damage repair service is $49.99 for smartphones as of Dec 2018. For international order, you can check out on the website by choosing iPhone 7 Plus Water Damage repair, but in this case, shipping would not be included.

My IPhone 7 Plus got wet when I forgot to take it out of my pocket and it was soaked with water in the laundry machine , I came home and checked it , I didn't know what to do , I tried to open it and worst of all , I charged it and when I took it to a phone shop , they said that if I didn't charge my IPhone in the first place then they would have fixed it better but for now , my IPhone is gone , I can only see it but not use it , Tragic .Do you guys have any more tips for me to fix my phone back? Answer:
Hi Tang, we'd have to diagnose your iPhone 7 Plus to tell you what exactly is going on, but we have had success in restoring these devices in similar situations in the past. You do not pay for the service unless we are able to power up your phone enough to access the data (you are only responsible for shipping costs as a mail-in customer).

I put my phone in the washer. It was probably in there for three minutes. Still on and working (since I called to find it) I made a mistake and didn't turn off my phone and put it on the charger a couple hours later. Its an iphone 7 plus. It does not turn on now. Is this repairable? Thanks Answer:
Hi Val, we have repaired iPhones in similar situations in the past. Water damage is random and unpredictable, but we have had good success in restoring many iPhone 7 Plus. Sometimes thorough cleaning and drying cycles are all that is needed (currently $49.99 as of Dec 2018). It may be possible that additional parts and labor are required.
