Standards for iFixYouri's work and business environment

iFixYouri is committed to conducting its business in a manner that delivers leading environmental, health and safety performance. This is in line with our commitment to doing our part to keep the environment free of contaminants, recycling responsibly, constant improvement in our areas of expertise, and leading our industry as a socially responsible, and environmentally friendly organization.

Our goals are to provide services that are safe and environmentally sound throughout their life-cycles, conduct our business in an environmentally responsible manner, and create health and safety practices and work environments that enable iFixYouri employees to work in a safe  and productive manner.

To accomplish this, we will:

• meet or exceed all applicable legal requirements;
• proactively reduce occupational injury and illness risks, and promote employee health and well-being;
• aggressively pursue pollution prevention, resource conservation and waste reduction in our operations;
• ensure our partner's core values are in line with ours;
• require our suppliers to conduct their operations in a socially and environmentally responsible manner.

We achieve this high level of performance by tying these goals into our day-to-day task, planning, decision-making, performance tracking and processes to ensure we achieve our goals and practice constant improvement.

Each employee has their own individual responsibility to carry out actions and tasks which are environmentally friendly. Their health and well being at work and outside of work are paramount, and following health and safety policies are primary to help ensure we achieve our goals. 

We believe that as a company, we must work together to make the environment a better place, keep devices and electronics out of the landfills, and make sure that all our partners and suppliers have core values that line up with ours. Constant improvement and having an open door policy helps foster growth within our team and we welcome all contributions that ultimately effect our world and everything around it.
