Description
A shaking image, a clicking sound when the Camera app opens, or a lens that refuses to focus are classic signs of a failed rear camera on the iPhone 16e. The stabilization motors inside are what usually give out after a drop.
About the iPhone 16e
The iPhone 16e came out in 2025. Drops onto a hard floor are the usual cause: the tiny stabilization motors in the main camera are the most fragile part of the module. The 16e keeps Face ID and the Action button but drops MagSafe and uses Apple's own C1 modem.

Camera or lens cover?
The full camera replacement swaps the camera module, and we recheck autofocus, stabilization and every zoom level afterwards. The lens-only repair replaces just the sapphire cover glass on the back, so dust and moisture stay out and your photos lose the flare from the crack.

Common questions
How do I know if it is the lens or the camera on my iPhone 16e?
Take a photo of something close up. If it is sharp apart from a streak or flare, the lens cover is the problem. If it is blurry, shaking or black, the camera module needs replacing.
Will my photos look the same afterwards?
Yes. We fit a matching module for your model and check focus, stabilization and every zoom step before it leaves.
How do I check that my phone is an iPhone 16e?
Open Settings > General > About. The Model Name line should read iPhone 16e. If it shows something else, pick that model's repair instead, or call us and we will point you to the right one.
Not sure this is the right repair? Call 888-494-4349 or email support@ifixyouri.com and a technician will talk it through with you.
