Description
A dead volume button on the iPhone Air is easy to live around for a while, until you need to take a screenshot, force a restart, or turn a video down quickly.
About the iPhone Air
The buttons on the iPhone Air sit in its titanium frame, with the flex cables running just inside the edge. Even a small dent in the frame can press on a button and make it feel stuck. At 5.6 mm it was the thinnest iPhone Apple had made when it launched in 2025, with the chips, cameras and speaker packed into the camera plateau at the top so the rest of the body can hold the battery.

What we do

Common questions
Why does my volume change by itself?
A volume flex that is damaged or has moisture on it can register phantom presses. Replacing the flex fixes it.
How long does it take?
In store it is usually same day. Mail-in repairs are turned around as soon as the part is fitted and tested.
How do I check that my phone is an iPhone Air?
Open Settings > General > About. The Model Name line should read iPhone Air. If it shows something else, pick that model's repair instead, or call us and we will point you to the right one.
