We’ll run our diagnostics and then send you an accurate quote, clearly explaining to you the problem with your device. Once you have the information you decide what to do next: we can either fix it as explained or ship it back to you without doing anything*. And when we return ship it -- fixed or not -- we’ll send you an email with tracking information for your security and peace of mind.
