SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 WATER DAMAGE REPAIR SERVICE
Hey, want to see something cool? Picture it: you’re doing an epic front flip into the pool at your barbecue when you realize that your Galaxy S7 is in your pocket. Post-splash, you freak out but then remember that the S7 is water-resistant, so you decide to do a couple laps in the...uh oh, it won’t turn on. Water-resistant devices may be designed to be safe in case you spill a drink on it or drop it into a sink (or other less sanitary bathroom receptacle) but prolonged submersion, or exposure to soapy water or high pressure, and your device is kaput. Let our technicians get your phone up and running like new...which it was before you decided to show off your aquatic acrobatics.
It all starts with shipping your phone to us. Dry it as much as you can (use silica gel; available at hardware stores) and do not try to charge it or power it on. Once we receive your S7, our skilled technicians will run a series of diagnostic tests to give them a clear picture of the damage the water has done to your device. Then, we’ll contact you with a complete diagnosis of the issue, and give you the option of having it repaired or getting it returned to you in that state*. We’ll also repair signs of damage, such as corrosion and debris, on all phone components, leaving it like-new.
We offer 90-day warranty for all items repaired and replaced and will immediately look into the matter if our replacement parts turn out to be faulty. If we are unable to save your water-damaged iPhone, we will offer to purchase it (or, of course, we can return it to you*).
For your peace of mind, every shipment comes with a confirmation email and a tracking number. You will also be required to sign when you receive your phone to ensure reception of the device.
