Why start with a diagnostic

A MacBook that will not charge could be the charger, the port board or the logic board, and those are very different prices. A diagnostic means you pay for the repair you actually need, not a guess.

Mail-in or walk-in

Order online and we email you a prepaid UPS label with $100 of shipping insurance. Pack the MacBook Pro 13-inch M1/M2 on its own in a sturdy box with some padding, no case, cable or charger, and tuck your order confirmation inside. It is checked in on arrival, repaired, tested and shipped straight back with tracking.

In Palm Beach County you can skip shipping and walk into our Jupiter store on Donald Ross Road, Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm, Sundays by appointment.
